Join us for an exclusive tour available only at select times. Over the course of 90 minutes, you will dive deep into the intriguing mysteries of Roscoe, with extra time dedicated to uncovering any spirits that may still linger.
We will have a spirit box, a pair of dowsing rods, and an assortment of paranormal tools. Feel free to bring your own equipment to enhance your experience. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile, primarily along the sidewalk.
This is an adult-only tour. 18+ only.
**Please note that there will be a few stairs, and the terrain may be uneven with slight inclines and declines.
** This is an outdoor-only tour. There will be no entry into any buildings.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the tour. This is a family-friendly experience, and we ask that all participants refrain from using profanity.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not receive a refund.
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to inclement weather.
